Hello, I'm Lydia Sturrock, owner of Furry Friends Pet Care located in Lovettsville, Virginia.  I have lived in Lovettsville for 10 years and for over half that time I have been pet sitting/dog walking in Lovettsville and other parts of Loudoun County.  I have always had a passion for animals from big to small.  I had dogs and small animals growing up and my Uncles and Cousins had farms that I was around a lot as a kid.  I would try to bring every stray and free animal home. I treat all animals like they are my own and go above and beyond all expectations.  I have 3 boxers, and a family who are very supportive of my passion, which allows me to come to your home and spend quality time and care for your furry babies.  I would love to have a ton of animals with lots of land one day!  There is no animal to big or to small, I will take care of them all.  And I strive to provide your pets with a comfortable, stress free, loving environment while your are work, at play, visiting relatives, or on vacation.  I offer free meet and greets, which allows you a chance to meet me as well as your beloved pets in the comfort of their own home.

By keeping your pet in your home and around the surroundings they are familiar with they not only remain comfortable and illness-free, but also received personalized and individual loving attention.  They will get the exercise that they need and desire.  Additionally, you pay the same or less then you would at a kennel, especially if you have multiple pets that require care.  To let you know what your pet is up to while you are away I provide updates by text messaging or email if you prefer to give you that extra peace of mind.
